My most recent personal find is my on-demand workout routine. Many of us are strapped for time. This is why I find the flexibility of BOD critical in keeping me healthy and strong. I simply choose workouts that last 20 or 25 minutes, and I’m getting a workout that is quick and effective.
While I still enjoy the camaraderie and support I receive from my group workouts, this is a nice option. The best part is that I can do it any time during the day, at home or when I’m traveling … who can’t spare 25 minutes?
